Various questions on this topic reached us lately and I have good news for you international customers. Our shop system is able to identify your individual tax status as well as available shipping options by entering your desired shipping destination on the shopping cart site. Please just add a product to your cart without obligation, enter your destination and all values and shipping costs will be updated accordingly.
Non-EU customers
While no VAT will be charged on our side for non-EU customers, it depends on your local customs authorities whether any additional tax or fees are due during import to your country. I recommend talking to your customs office to get an estimation of expected import fees.
In case the shipping cost estimation of our online shop doesn’t show any available shipping option for your location, please don’t hesitate to drop us a message via office@kuehlingkuehling.de, we’d have some more options to try manually then.
EU businesses
You are able to provide your VAT number during checkout to be charged net prices only.
International bank transfer
Several companies asked for availability of bank transfer payment instead of PayPal and quotations showing US dollar currency. I can tell this is possible either, though you will need to send us a short inquiry first so that we can handle the process manually.
